Commercial Window Cleaners | Croydon, South London |Part-Time | Competitive based on experience and role
The team have over 20 years of experience in the business of block property management and currently manages over 250 property blocks throughout the London area.
You will provide the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene to company standards, within the contract specification.
For this positive and energising role, you will need to be a highly organised and committed individual with excellent communication skills who can delegate and lead.
What can you expect in return?
Training given for Building Maintenance Units (BMU) and Window Cleaning Cradles. Our client will pay for the training which is £1,800
Are you the right person for the job?
Abseiling experience is essential for this role
Drivers licence essential
Reach & Wash and manual Window Cleaning method experience
Provide your own tools, not essential but added bonus and if you have your own reach and wash
No health problems which could affect the ability to carry out the duties listed
Good communication skills and ability to interact with people
A responsible attitude toward Health & Safety
Be able to work effectively in a team
What will your role as a Window Cleaner look like?
To carry out external window cleaning duties via Abseiling, ladders, reach and wash systems, and feet on the floor
To work effectively to provide a high standard of workmanship
Be professional and courteous to all clients and staff
To ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner
Carry out any requests as required by management
Ensure all plant and equipment is in good working order, and used correctly and safely. Report any defects immediately to management
