Job Description

Looking for a Customer Service – Network Advisor – Based at East Midlands Airport

Monday to Friday – 8am to 6pm (8hr Shift between these times)

Job Spec :

To hand all incoming after Sales Shipment Issues, from all customers, into the contact centre where first time resolution is not possible.
By handline these trace requests aim to resolve the shipment issues and carry out trace investigation to improve service recovery, minimise customers dissatisfaction and establish DHL's reputation as a company that cares about it's customers.

Role Specifics :

Manage Customers expectations through Trace requests and supporting Frontline functions.
Maintain Customer Loyalty
Organise and prioritise Trace Investigations
Handle Complex issues and objections
Reduce volume of complaints and claims
Increase first time resolution rates for track and trace calls
Remain positive and professional at all times

Must Have :

Good Customer Service Skills
Problem Solving Skills
IT literate

If successful at interview, will be subject to a DBS check and 5 Year Compliance
