About the role
We are Mind, the mental health charity. We won't stop until everyone with a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve. Our retail shops play an important role in helping us achieve this.
We are looking for a Shop Manager to join our network of over 160 retail shops. Will you join us?
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing high volumes of donated stock. You'll be commercially astute, highly organised and have a natural flair for motivating and developing others.
Leading by example, you'll be passionate and dedicated to your role. You'll drive sales, as well as give excellent customer service to help us raise money. There are no limits to what you could accomplish. Imagine what a difference you could make here!
It's essential that you have proven management experience, ideally in the retail or charity sector. You'll know how to get the best from your shop as well as your team, including our valued volunteers, whilst living and breathing our . In return we offer a great benefits package including:
