1:1 SEN TA to support a young child with behavioural needsSchool:

Deploying the school's behaviour management strategies and ensuring the wellbeing of the pupil under your care.
Experience of supporting young people who present behavioural/ SEN needs.
The physical and emotional resilience to support pupils with challenging behaviours, understanding that all behaviour is a form of communication.
Work alongside Class teacher and SENCO to follow a personal behaviour plan for the child.Brandt Education are looking for a confident and caring 1:1 SEN Teaching assistant to work within a school in the North Shore area of Blackpool, to support a a pupil in Year 3 who needs 1:1 support. The candidate must be resilient, approachable, empathetic and have experience as a support worker.
The school prides itself on catering to all children's needs and also prides itself on creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
Fully Enhanced DBS – on the update service – If you require a new DBS, we can help with the application.
Must have right to work within the UKAt Brandt we are dedicated to the safeguarding and wellbeing of vulnerable children and adults. The successful teaching assistant will be expected to be as equally dedicated to the safeguarding and wellbeing of the young people they support and will be subject to disclosure and barring service checks before being allowed on the premises.
