£1,800 per assessment – Form F Assessments – North East Of England
An Independent Fostering Agency is looking for a Form F Assessor to carry out assessments for them in the North East of England.
They currently have 2 Form F assessments that need carrying out, so the ideal candidate would be able to take on 2 assessments at once. Paying up to £1,800 per assessment.
Requirements:
* Social Work England Registered
* Form F Training
* Registered as an Independent Social Worker
* Must own a car and drive
* Ideally need to be on the DBS Update Service
