Job Description

Are you on the lookout for a new account management opportunity? Do you have the knowledge and understanding of CIS and Outsource Payroll?

The primary role of the Account Development Manager is to look after a portfolio of clients, providing a high level of service and managing their relationship with the group, with a view to growing the business.

The Account Development Manager will devise key strategies to generate maximum return within our current client base and newly acquired accounts.

Working closely with internal teams, the Account Development Manager is required to gain an understanding of both internal and external client needs, successfully managing their expectations to ensure all contacts result in a positive experience.

Commercial

Implementing IN-SYNC Groups' continually evolving business development strategies
Creating and continuing to develop an outstanding relationship with clients, partners, and colleagues, effectively communicating our value proposition both written and verbally
Adhering to activity KPI's, collaborating with marketing to create campaigns and lead generation plans for continual improvement on target growth
Demonstrating a good understanding of the business process and sales cycle
Understanding client needs, and matching these with our services
Planning approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
Managing the entire sales process, focusing on quality and excellent customer service
Planning and preparing persuasive presentations and proposals to clients
Negotiating, using the full range of sales techniques
Driving attendance to events, webinars, and workshops
Submit regular progress reports and ensure data is accurateTeamwork

Provide feedback to management of potential improvements to existing procedures and scripting
Work as part of a team to achieve the departmental standards and objectives
Work effectively with other departments within the group to maintain excellent standards of serviceKnowledge

Maintain an excellent level of understanding and knowledge of IN-SYNC Groups' products and services
Take responsibility for your own personal development in line with agreed performance objectives

Essential Skills

Minimum of 1 year experience in a sale role within the CIS and Outsource Payroll industry
Proven track record in a field-sales-focused role with experience managing customer accounts – B2B sales (2 years minimum)
Automotive finance experience
Strong client management skills, probably working within fleets and supply management
Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal
Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
Positive, determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities
Proven track record in exceeding targets
Strong self-motivation
Ability to work and communicate well with a remote sales team
Ability to prioritise tasks and cope with competing demands
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas, solutions, and strategies
Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
UK driving license with own car
Research and analyse new business opportunities
Proven track record in exceeding targets
Experience managing a team

Desirable Skills

Background within financial, construction or logistics sectors.
