About the role:
Do you have the enthusiasm and drive to learn while you work and deliver great service to all our client's customers?
As a Residential Lettings Apprentice, you will assist the Residential Lettings Team with managing their market, intermediate market rent and Private Sector Leasing portfolios while providing excellent customer service to customers and colleagues.
What does life as an apprentice look like?

Desired qualifications
GCSE grade A – C or 4-9 points in both English and Maths
If the above has not been achieved at the time of the application, apprentices without level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end -point assessment.
Future aspirations
Their Residential Lettings Team is constantly growing. Once you have successfully completed your apprenticeship, you’ll become a Residential Lettings Officer and will have the opportunity to develop a wider understanding of the teams work.
Things to consider:

18-month Fixed Term Contract. During this time, you will have 6 hours per week off the job learning, which is 1 day a week with the training provider and 4 days a week in the office. You will have the opportunity to work from home.
