Job Description
Salary Details: Monday to Friday- Overtime available- Weekly bonus of £60-£80 for reaching target
This Position on nights is primarily the assembly of track systems . The Assembly Operative, will be trained to, and is responsible for, producing work to the standards prescribed by the business. The role reports directly to Team Leaders and will require the Assembly Operatives to be flexible and move assembly stations when requested in order to maintain production flow.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure that output is maintained in line with the daily build target
· Product is assembled in line with the build guide
· Adherence to procedures and quality systems
· Health and safety responsibilities to yourself and colleagues
· Reasonable management requests are acted upon in a timely manner
· Working practices are in adherence with the business HR requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
· Team player
· Basic mechanical knowledge
· The ability to read and understand written and pictorial instructions
· Experience in a production factory environment
· Good communication skills
· To adjust and adapt to cross functional work dependent on business needs
