Job Description
An exception opportunity has arisen for an experienced Delay Analyst to join the growing team of a leading specialist consultancy who offer construction advice to major names in the construction industry.
The Associate Director will be involved on an array of commissions for their clients, predominantly main contractors operating in the UK construction industry.
They will be responsible for providing their clients with effective claims advice, based on detailed and thorough forensic examination and analysis of project information and data.
Duties will include; providing the analysis of delay and disruption events, providing delay impact analysis programmes and associated documentation to substantiate additional time and the effect of compensation events, schedule/programme analysis, assessing delay and disruption damages.
The Associate Director will split their working week between homeworking and their offices in Central London a couple of days per week.

Candidate
A strong Construction Planning background
Experience in Forensic Planning / Delay Analysis
Solid understanding of construction and its techniques
Experience within Civils, Construction or Infrastructure sectors
Strong user of Primavera P6 / Asta Powerproject software
Strong knowledge of different forms of contracts including JCT and NEC
First class communication skills
