Job Description
JT Recruit are looking for a time served Builder on behalf of our client, a local authority based in Beeston, Nottinghamshire.
This is a temporary role until the end of November 2022 to cover long term sickness. Working hours are 08:30am -17:00pm Monday to Friday.
The role:
* Undertake repairs to tenanted and independent living properties
* Repair and replacement to brickwork and concrete paths
* Laying and repairs of slabbed footpaths
* Renewal of roofing tiles hips and ridges
* Plaster patching to walls and ceilings
* Renewal of ceramic wall tiles
* Drive, fuel and safe garaging of any allocated vehicle
* Assist in the completion of pre and post inspections when required
* Maintain an adequate stock of building materials and items on the vehicle, restocking it from stores and completing the necessary paperwork
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as a time served builder
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking
* Ability to follow H&S
Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour
