Job Description

One of our local authority clients are currently recruiting for a Building Services & Maintenance. This is a temporary contract for 2 months with possible further extension based on budget and performance.

Main Purpose of Post/Job Summary

To carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from emergency and other routine reactive repairs on numerous sites daily to single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties and other premises in accordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations.

To carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works ‘Right First Time’.

The post-holder is required to work flexibly to support service delivery between these hours which may include changes to working times/patterns in order to deliver an effective service. " The engineer will be undertaking Legionella inspection at various sites such as water tank inspection and tap temperatures for L8 reasons
