Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager with a passion for cooking, to join our client within the DBS sector in Wolverhampton.
Catering Manager Requirements:
• Confident to manage a small team
• Stock Management
• Line Managing Catering Assistants
• Preparing and cooking inspiring, innovative and appealing dishes that are low cost
• Be passionate about local produce, minimising food waste
• Have a "can do" attitude
• Able to work in a professional and respectful manner.
• Work well within a team
• Knowledge and understanding of food allergens and special diets
• Experience working in an kitchen environment as a cook or chef
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Enhanced DBS
• 40 hours a week
• Monday to Sunday
• Working weekends and Evenings
• Weekly pay
