CFO Job in East Midlands

Job Description

Are you an experienced Finance Director or CFO with strong leadership skills, able to deliver change management and instil high performance across a complex charity based in the East Midlands, easily commutable from Nottingham, Leicester, and Lincoln.

You will be in a hybrid position, part of the Executive Leadership team, with responsibilities across multiple functions, not just finance.

We are looking for a fully Qualified Accountant, (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA) with proven experience of working collaboratively across an organisation, delivering strategic goals and inspiring positive change.

You will have the opportunity to make a big difference, improve systems and processes as well as influence the running of the organisation, which is a great one to be a part of.
