Charge Nurse – Theatres – Band 7
Salary up to £55,000
Permanent – 37.5hrs p/w

This state-of-the-art hospital specialises in a number of different treatments including general surgery, orthopaedics, oncology and haematology amongst others. Responsibilities for a Charge Nurse include:
Providing efficient and effective based nursing care to patients
Maintain theatre department clinical performance
Assist in performance reviews and hold interviews and be the decider of theatre practitioners and ODP recruitment
Strong organisation skills, assessing and implementing
To work as a Charge Nurse at this private hospital, you will have:
NMC registration
Relevant experience working in Theatres
Ability to give direction to staff and communicate strongly with team members, service users and external parties
