Your Role:

Due to an expanding client base and contract renewals this exciting new opportunity for an Cleaning Operations Manager has become available.
This is an exciting role which will see you Mobilising a brand-new contract one day and then sitting down with an existing client to review performance the next. This role covers the London region.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients covering commercial office space, leisure, retail, industrial and healthcare properties. You will have responsibility for 3 account managers covering 60+ sites however, your role will be focussing on operational delivery and client satisfaction.
You will also be required to deputise for the Operations Manager and cover for the Account Managers in their absence
About you:

Experienced in managing area managers within a multi-site cleaning contract setting.
Well-versed in mobilising new contracts.
Exceptional levels of customer service.
Innovative mindset – always looking for better ways of working and improving processes
Ability to liaise and work professionally with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills
Full UK Driving licence
Location

Commutable from Watford, North London
