An experienced Client Digital Marketing Manager is needed to join the management team at Xsell in Belfast.

We’re a leading global B2B Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Company headquartered in Belfast that specialise in the Information Technology, IT Security & Software Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Ownership for managing multiple key accounts
Communicating with customers at a strategic level
Advising on marketing/lead generation solutions and devising subsequent marketing plans
Delivering on these marketing plans, including lead generation campaigns
Proving ROI for customers
Working with other members of the senior management team to ensure resources are right sized and able to deliver
Exploring the market with respect to new business opportunities for Xsell, and supporting the team with the preparation of marketing strategies for potential new customers
Ownership for the delivery of innovative customer marketing content ensuring employer branding materials are relevant, fresh and on message
Required Skills:

Understands customers and fosters a partnership to solve their problems using our solutions to maximise value to the customer and to Xsell
Takes full ownership for achieving targets
Uses market insight and fresh thinking to challenge customers to think differently and to take action
Constantly seeks and acts on feedback, learning in order to improve personal performance and results
Outstanding communication skills and commercial awareness
Effective time management skills in order to prioritise your workload
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
Required Experience:

Educated to degree level / equivalent
Minimum five years’ experience in B2B marketing agency
Desirable Skills:

Previous experience of the digital marketing in the IT sector
