Job Description
Work as Clinical Lead Nurse within a nursing and dementia home in the Stockport area. The role offers a competitive salary of £21.50 per hour plus paid breaks, and you will be working full time day shifts – 36, 42 or 48 hours per week are available. If you are a highly motivated and ambitious RN with recognised leadership skills, this could be a good position for you.
We are looking for an RGN Nurse with excellent clinical skills and elderly care experience, preferably working in a nursing home environment.
You will have a thorough understanding of clinical governance including risk management and audits, as well as complying with all policies, procedures, protocols, evidence-based nursing practice and NMC guidelines.
As Clinical Lead Nurse you will;
Provide supervisory support to a team of nurses and care staff
Lead by example, ensuring high standards of care are adhered to
Medication management, care plans and general nursing duties
Supervise on the nursing floor
This is a full time, permanent position on day shifts and the annual salary is £40,248 working 3 days per week, or £53,664 working 4 days per week.
