Job Description
Collections Consultant – Wolverhampton – £24,000 + 12.5% annual bonus
Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Our client based in Wolverhampton, are looking for an additional member to join their team.
Ideally, the successful applicant for this Collections Consultant role will have previous experience in a financial services role.
This role involves telephoning and interviewing borrowers regarding queries and problems with their mortgage, assisting with the completion/provision of income & expenditure forms, arranging payment schedules and agreeing arrangements for clearance of arrears.
Duties will include, but are not limited to –
Respond to all enquiries
Collecting payments
Assess borrowers circumstances
