They are now recruiting for a Collections Executive to join their team in Newport. Using active listening skills and having good attention to details, you will be responsible for revenue generation through end of lease title transactions and settlements. Dealing with customer and supplier queries and resolving in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Process end of lease invoice from funders
Issue end of lease invoices to customers/suppliers
Process end of lease payments (cheques, card payments, BACS payments) from customers
Liaise with the sales account managers on any end of lease queries
Liaise with customers with end of lease queries and resolve in a timely manner
Liaise with collection companies with regards to returned equipment
Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding end of lease payments / outstanding invoices
Ensure all lease resolutions are completed in line with agreed service standards
Check all documentation for accuracy within a timely manner
Effective data collection and management in relation to resolved queries.
Demonstrate awareness of applicable internal policies and follow accordingly
Keep up to date records of invoices received and sent / all payments received and made
Prepare end of lease monthly performance reports for suppliers and funders.
Prepare end of lease monthly performance reports for Directors.
Request and issue settlement quotes to customers and suppliers in a timely manner.
Process settlement payments (cheques, card payments, BACS payments) from customers and suppliers.
Arrange settlement payments to external funders.Candidates will come from a customer service background, have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to actively listen.
