Job Description
A market-leading Main Contractor with a portfolio of high-quality fitouts and refurbishments are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team based in South London.
The Commercial Manager's role
The Commercial Manager will be expected to showcase their experience in fitouts and refurbishments on an array of upcoming projects within the Higher Education, Office, and Commercial sectors.
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing several projects in the pipeline, demonstrating their experience with Private sector work and aiding with the training/development of eager Assistant Quantity Surveyors as they seek increased responsibility.
The Commercial Manager
10+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Experience with fitouts and refurbishments essential
Experience within the Higher Education, Office or Commercial sectors essential
Track record of leading projects required
Experience with a Main Contractor essential
Willing to commute across the Greater LondonIn return?
£85,000 – £95,000
