Job Description

Job Title: Community Coach (Women's & Girls)

Employer: Albion in the Community

Location: American Express Community Stadium, Brighton plus various locations around West Sussex

Salary: £18,500 – £19,500 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

Job Type: 1 year fixed-term contract

Deadline Day: 14 September 2022

A fantastic opportunity for a dedicated football coach to join our award-winning charity

Are you someone who has a passion for coaching and developing? We are looking for someone to support the women and girls' development officer in the day-to-day operation and development of the women and girls' program. Part of the role will include delivering 21 hours a week of practical sessions and be active in identifying talent.

Your background and qualifications

Ideally you will have extensive knowledge and experience of the football industry and player pathways. It is essential that the successful candidate holds a FA Level 2 coaching qualification, a valid FA Emergency Aid certificate and valid FA Safeguarding Children certificate.

The successful candidate must also be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS CRC (Criminal Background Check).
