Job Description
On behalf of our client Corus Consultancy is looking to hire for an exciting potion as a construction site manager on a 12-month contract at their Belvedere site.
Responsibilities:
Be able to plan, manage and monitor all works on site.
Handle all operatives on site, both directly employed or subcontracted and provide clear written instructions to individuals to ensure works are carried out.
Ensure all operatives on site both are given clear instructions and ensure their work is carried out.
Ensure health and safety as well a rules and regulations for the site are met and maintained at all times
Ensure that adequate site records are maintained which include but is not limited to Site Managers reports, labour requirements, plant, materials, site inductions and health and safety records.
Keep records of all site instructions issuedSkills and experience:
Proficient IT skill in order to create and maintain necessary records
SMSTS (Site management safety training scheme) qualified
5 + year's of construction industry experience
5 + year's experience as a site manager
Temp works coordinator qualified or experience
