Job Description
Residential Conveyancer (Fee earning)
Location: Retford, Bawrty or Ollerton
Salary: £25,000 – £45,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
CRA Legal are working in partnership with a reputable South Yorkshire Law Firm with offices in throughout South Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire. Our client is a long term established organisation with a great approach to their employees. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join an exciting firm with long established routes in the area. Our client provides a number of services for their clients ranging from commercial property to personal injury.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Running a volume residential conveyancing caseload from initial stages through to completion
* Overseeing ranging residential conveyancing transactions including purchase, sale and re-mortgage for freehold and leasehold properties
* Drafting contracts
* Completing searches
* Running key reports throughout transaction
* Client relationship management
* Key stakeholder liaison
* Navigation of the land registry portal
* Processing land registry portal acquisitions
* Allocating administrative duties to assistants
* Quality control on files
Required Attributes
* A proven track record within conveyancing ideally within a fee earning capacity
* Excellent communicator
* Able to meet deadlines and timescales
* Ability to work with limited Supervision
