Cook Manager  – Education – Lewisham – £23,000 per annum– Term time only

My client is an independent contract catering company who are passionate about providing an exceptional catering service to their clients.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Cook Manager to manage the catering operation at a Primary school in the Lewisham area.

My client is looking for someone with previous Chef/Cook management/supervisory experience within a Primary School.  You will have a genuine passion for food. You will be confident training new starters and existing staff. You will have effective communication skills and strong financial acumen. My client is looking for someone who can manage the kitchen effectively aswell as your staff.

Ideally you will come from a quality focused education contract catering company and experience of managing a Primary School.
