Job Description
SF recruitment are working exclusively with a house hold name based near Dudley, the organisation are going through a sustained period of growth and are looking to recruit a permanent Credit Controller to support the credit function. This division have a ledger of (Apply online only) customers. Our client is looking for an experienced credit controller or a candidate who has an excellent eye for detail, able to worth in a fast paced, target driven environment and meet targets on call time and query handling.
Your new role
– Support of the smaller accounts ledgers.
– Chasing debt
– Cash collection, allocation and reconciliation of customer accounts
– Generate customer statements on monthly and ad hoc basis
– Taking care of customer enquires and resolving queries in a timely manner
– Liaise with the wider business including sales and opps to resolve invoice disputes
– Improve organisation cashflow with proactive Credit Management, aiming to reduce DSO
What you'll need
– Experience in credit control or dealing with high volumes of calls
– Strong communication skills both written and verbal
– Strong systems skills including Excel
