Job Description
Credit Risk Analyst
6 Months will be extensions
Initially Hybrid 2-3 days (London) then could be Remote
£1050per day
The function sits within Credit Risk Management because of a new strategy to further integrate the Credit Risk and Reputational Risk processes and to manage total "client risk" on a more holistic basis.
The Climate Risk Strategy Program is developing frameworks and approaches on how to measure climate risk, align to industry-wide trajectories to reduce emissions at sectorial levels, and to inform strategy-setting of my client considering potential climate risks.
Key Responsibilities
The role will report to the Risk Management work-stream lead providing support for:
Development and embedding of climate risk frameworks across CS Legal Entities, leveraging existing frameworks developed for other CS Legal Entities, and at Group level.
Developing and executing stress testing for a sample of counter-parties, based on granular analysis of transition and physical risk aspects for each counter-party.
Update of local processes and controls to ensure that Climate Risk Management becomes a sustainable and embedded discipline in the overall risk management framework of Legal Entities
Project management activity including plan maintenance, status report updates, stakeholder meeting organisation & actions tracking
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
Analytical mind and structured approach to problems
Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Credit Risk management or Enterprise Risk
Gap Analyst
Running Stress Tests
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in climate and sustainability area
Core Project Management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and balance multiple tasks
Data Handling (big data set)
