Job Description

This is an ideal role for somebody who doesn't want to be outbound dialling, as you will be servicing queries from brokers who are looking to make administrative changes on their policies for new and existing clients.
I would LOVE to hear from you regarding the Customer Service Advisor role if:
You've experience as a Customer Service Advisor in a previous telephony based position
Previous experience working in an insurance setting such as a brokerage
Able to work within FCA regulatory guidelines
Dealt with vulnerable customers previously in a kind, empathic and patient manor
Being able to confidently navigate multiple systems whilst also building rapport and supporting the brokers at the same time
