Job Description
Customer Service Adviser
Based in Tonbridge
£19,600 + 10% annual bonus
Our client based in Tonbridge are looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Executives to join their growing business.
The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for customers calling into the business to report a claim.
This role is working Monday to Friday – 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm and 10am to 6pm with every other Saturday morning 9am to 1pm.
Job Role:
* Answering incoming calls and providing a high level of customer service
* Managing a portfolio of clients
* Provide excellent complaint call handling service to clients
* Ensuring SLA’s and KPIs are met and maintained
* Adhering to FCA rules and regulations
* Updating system with call notes and any administration needed
Skills Needed:
* GCSE within English and Maths – C Grade or above
* Good numeracy and written skills
* Experience within a customer service role
* Excellent communication
* Confident telephone manner
