Job Description
Customer Service Advisor – Hybrid Option following probation and based on performance
Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Dearne Valley – Hybrid working option once completed probation (3 months) and competent
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £19,843
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Between 7am – 9pm, Monday – Sunday on a shift pattern/rotational basis
Training: 4 weeks (may reduce to 2 weeks) – training hours 9am – 5.30pm
Start Date: 26th September
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to deliver an exceptional service to our client's customers!
You will be representing the company, supporting customers via phone, email and also live chat facilities. Their passion is to deliver an excellent customer experience every time, providing convenience, flexibility, transparency and peace of mind. This is a fast-paced environment, where you will exceed customers expectations at every opportunity, whilst also being professional, helpful and supportive.

* Positive and enthusiastic customer advisor who has worked in a similar customer service role.
* Outstanding customer engagement and communication skills with an eye for detail.
* Can own a customer through the entirety of their issue to ensure a smooth resolution.
* Organised & structured to be able to plan the working day and reprioritise when needed
* Able to work under pressure in a fast moving, ever-changing environment
* A focus on quality, taking pride in your work and willing to go the extra mile.
* Great problem solving and solution focused approach with a "Can do" attitude
* Adaptable team player who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service
