Customer Service Advisor Job in Cardiff

Job Description

Brook Street has an opportunity for a customer service advisor to join an excellent organisation on a temporary basis for 2 – 3 months. In this role you will required to provide customer support, signposting self-help instructions and where needed offering assistance to setup initial services.

The hours of work will be on a rota basis between 9:30am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday (35 Hours per week) from 21st September 2022.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional. friendly and customer focused support
Contribute to the resolution of IT setup queries using training and documented procedures to help guide you
Carry out assigned tasks and procedures effectively and efficiently to agreed levels of service

You must have:

Excellent customer service
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good IT skills
