Package and Benefits for Customer Service Advisor:
£22,000 – £23,000 plus £500 bonus on completion
Monthly bonus for hitting KPIs up to £3,000 a year

Onsite restaurant Roles and responsibilities for Customer Service Advisor:
Delivering world class customer service by answering calls and emails in a professional manner
Responding to servicing/technical queries and providing resolutions
Checking accounts and adjusting existing insurance plans
Assisting with general enquiries and troubleshootingSkills required for the Customer Service Advisor role:
We would like to hear from you if you have any of the following experience: Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre, Call Centre, Help Desk, Technical Advisor, Case Handler and other similar roles
Strong attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
