Job Description
JT Recruit are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors on behalf of our client in Mansfield Woodhouse on a permanent basis.
This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm with 30 minutes break.
About the Role:
* Promptly answer customer support queries via telephone and email
* Listen to the customer to understand and address their needs
* Quickly learn the functions of the system to log in and respond to customer complaints
* Accurately record, log and update interactions with customers
* Keep sensitive information and financial records private and confidential
* Deal with any returns, faulty or damaged products and delayed deliveries
* Address customer questions about products and offer technical assistance
* Contribute to the business by increasing customer satisfaction
* Undertake full product training
About you:
* Previous customer service experience
* Excellent telephone manner, with fantastic communication, listening and problem solving skills
* Able to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Salary: £22,000 per annum
