Job Description
The ICM group are currently supporting a local, logistics business in their quest for a junior customer services exec, due to rapid growth within the business. They are in the market for tenacious, driven and customer focused individual who has a proven track record within road freight – or a desire to build a career within the logistics industry.
Our client operates in the logistics industry and have rapidly grown into a global brand. They are a market leader within the middle east and are listed on the DFM. They are now looking to experience the same level of Growth within the UK and they need your help!!
As a Customer Services Exec, your Key Responsibilities will include:
* Dealing with customers via phone and email – ensuring an excellent level of service at all times.
* Updating clients with transit times
* Monitor all POD's and ensure there are none outstanding
* Dealign with transport queries with other depots
* Handling all customer queries and complaints and ensuring a resolution
* Working closely with the transport teams to ensure smooth and efficient movement of all shipments
* Tracking all inbound shipments .
* Delivering the highest level of customer services at all time, ensuring we retain customers
* Ensure all invoices contain the relevant customs information before submission
* Weekly KPI collation and reporting
As a customer services exec you will have a real flair for customer services and have working knowledge or an interest in road freight. you will be organised and a team player and you will be proficient in Microsoft word, outlook and excel.
Hours for the Customer Services role are Monday to Friday 10am-6pm and the salary is up to £20k with great career progression and great benefits.
