Job Description
Do you have experience working within Manufacturing, biotech or R&D domains? Do you have a scientific educational background? Do you have experience in LIMS, ELN or other scientific applications?

Our client specialises in providing scientific services, since being established in 2008 they have now grown to over 1700 people worldwide and this number is growing on a monthly basis. Due to the growth that they are going through there is a new requirements for a Customer Success Manager based in France, Germany or the UK. This is a fully remote role with rare travel.
The main responsibilities will be:
leadership and mentoring people
establishing and managing relationships with new and existing clients
Pre-sales and demos activities
Managing long term strategy for growth Requirements for the role:
Strong understanding of R&D Informatics systems: LIMS, ELN, SDMS etc
Proven account development experience
Bachelors/Masters degree in scientific or health care field
