Job Description
Brookstreet UK Ltd are working with a Customer Service based client situated in Belfast City Centre
Our client has confirmed that the role is temporary and will become permanent on your 13th week of assignment. This role is full time hours Monday to Friday, however, you will be required to work one weekend every month
Your new job will require you to receive inbound calls from customers who have a general enquiry regarding public services, there will be no sales in this role, only helping customers with their enquiry, part of this role will be email response to customers. The hours of work will vary from 0745 and the latest time you will finish your shift is 2115 mid week and 1615 at the weekend
You are a good fit for this role, if you have previous customer service, enjoy helping customers and have an excellent mannerism. You will be required to work to targets, but will receive a 3 week paid induction to ensure that you are equipped to start your new role
Our client would prefer that you have 5 GCSE including Maths and English, however, if you have excellent customer service your CV will be considered
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.92 on a weekly basis
You will be given a Tee Shirt and Fleece to wear with your Jeans on site
