We have exciting opportunities for additional Customer Support Specialists to join our dedicated and bubbly customer services team on a permanent full-time basis, based in Hinckley, Leicestershire. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
From day one, our Customer Support Specialists have the opportunity to learn and get actively involved in all areas of Customer Services, where they manage customer cases from start to finish, providing an informative advice and supportive customer service experience. Our Customer Support Specialists are one of a kind individuals and truly enjoy supporting our customers to reach positive solutions.
A typical day in the life of our Customer Support Specialist will include:
* Offering a reassuring voice to our customers across a variety of communication channels, seeking to go above and beyond to support our customers (internal and external).
* Taking ownership and responsibility of customer queries through to resolution, ensuring customers are informed throughout and written conversation notes are recorded.
* Ensuring interactions with customers are well considered, timely and thorough to the highest quality.
* Liaising with internal stakeholdrers to proactively resolve any queries throughout all stages of the installation process.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Customer Support Specialist will be vibrant and energetic, eager to go the extra mile, takes a problem-solving approach to all customer queries and is solution- driven.
But, the best part is…
Technical skills and product knowledge can be learned so don’t worry if you have limited experience in Customer Services; all that we ask is that you have a desire to learn, are a clear and effective communicator, have experience with complaint handling and complaint resolution, and are competent in basic IT systems!
We can teach you the rest with our customer services development and training programmes, and you will recieve on-going support and guidance from your Customer Service Manager. That's not to mention our dedicated induction programme that will support you in building the skills to become an excellent customer support professional!
Please note as we work across a 7-day customer services operation, you will be rota’d to work evenings and weekends once every 4 months.
