Data Engineer – Fashion Retail – Flexible Hybrid Working – £80k + Bonus and Benefits!

We have partnered with a leading UK based fashion retail brand who have been combining world class science with style to create biomechanically engineered products.

They have been changing the game in terms of footwear with their innovative shoes using Machine Learning and AI to create products that deal with a variety of conditions creating ultimate comfort and wellness for all their customers.

They are looking for a Data Engineer to join their London office helping them to transition their tech stack to AWS and Snowflake.

They are looking for a Data Engineer from a Data Science background who understands how to monetise the data coming from their multiple platforms and looking at how the data needs to be orchestrated.

Key responsibilities for the Data Engineer:

Taking ownership of their master data
Running PKI
Working with Snowflake
Harmonise their multiple Data Warehouses and Data lakes
Migration from on premise to the cloud
Having a real say in their tech stack going forwardKey skills for the Data Engineer:

Strong SQL skills
Previous experience with AWS
Previous Experience with Snowflake (advantageous)
Pervious experience with Google Big Query, infoburst or Tableau
A background in retail (fashion retail experience is advantageous)
Experience with one or more coding languages; Python preferred
