Job Description
Work as Deputy Nurse Manager for a large, private healthcare group with a passion for excellence. We are looking to recruit a Deputy Home Manager, to work within a nursing and dementia Home in Salford, Greater Manchester.
The Home offers nursing and residential dementia care, for 50 elderly residents. We are looking for an experienced RGN, RNLD or RMN Registered Nurse, to work as Deputy Home Manager.
· This is a full time, permanent position, working 48 hours a week on day shifts.
· The shifts are 8am – 8pm, 4 days per week
· The salary as Deputy is negotiable on experience, £42,300 – £44,600
· We are looking for an experienced Nurse, with elderly care experience and excellent clinical skills
· You will be managing a team of Nurses and Care staff, assisting the Home Manager in running the service, and leading by example ensuring high standards of care are adhered to.
