Job Description
Work as Deputy Nurse Manager for a large, private healthcare group with a passion for excellence. We are looking to recruit a Deputy Home Manager, to work within a 40 bed nursing and palliative Care Home in Stalybridge, Tameside.
We are looking for an experienced RGN, RNLD or RMN Registered Nurse, to work as Deputy Home Manager.
· This is a full time, permanent position, working 48 hours a week on day shifts.
· The shifts are 8am – 8pm, 4 days per week
· The salary as Deputy is negotiable on experience, £42,300 – £44,600
· We are looking for an experienced Nurse, with elderly care experience and excellent clinical skills
· You will be managing a team of Nurses and Care staff, assisting the Home Manager in running the service, and leading by example ensuring high standards of care are adhered to.
