Job Description

I’m working with one of the UK’s leading Data, Analytics and BI consultancies who are looking for a Director-level hire to come in and lead one of the practice functions.

Your background must be customer/client-facing in data, analytics and business intelligence of course, but the main skills and experience required for this role are as follows;

Very articulate communicator that can build strong rapport with technical and non-technical people at all levels of a business
Must have a background in consultancy (past or present) with exceptional customer/client-facing skills
Very strong stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
Experienced in building and leading teams of data professionals (Engineers and Consultants)
Have a track-record of leading successful projects for SME and/or Enterprise-level clients/customers from end-to-end
A solid understanding of cloud data services, cloud adoption and managing data in the cloud
Pre-sales experience with the ability to get involved with tenders, bids and proposals
This is the ideal role for someone that currently leads and manages a Data, Analytics and BI function in a small consultancy/practice and is looking to step-up into a bigger role with more responsibility – mainly dealing with C-suite stakeholders in some of the UK's best and well-known organisations.
