Job Description

Our client, a leading multinational fashion company is currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor with fluency in Dutch, to assist the company in maintaining its goal of world class customer service. This position is a 4 month full-time contract with the possibility to be extended into a permanent role. The Dutch speaking Customer service Advisor will be covering the busy Christmas period from September through to January. For this role, you can work 100% remotely and equipment is provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

Being first point of contact for all customer queries, answering calls and emails in a timely and professional manner whilst utilising your Dutch language skills
Proactively work to maintain and be dealing with any return and exchange issues and order status
Maintain knowledge of products and keep up to date with new products and promotionsAbout you:

In order to succeed in this role, it is essential for you to be a customer focussed individual with a background in customer service, have superb problem solving skills and be fluent in Dutch to a native level. Profile:

Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Experience working in an online customer support, customer services, sales administration, client support or order fulfilment
Proficient in Microsoft programs
An interest in fashion, luxury or retail industry is desirable
