Job Description
Electrical Supervisor
8-4.30pm or 7 to 3:30 – Monday to Friday
25 days + bank holidays
£47k salary
Good amount of overtime paid at x1.5 or x2.0
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that the agreed service level agreements are met.
Carry out PPM and reactive tasks as required.
Provide maintenance support (including installations; planned, preventive & corrective maintenance) in relation to site services, plant / equipment & buildings.
Deliver specialist technical maintenance support & services in relation to building plant / equipment
Ensure that the site maintenance is carried out to meet and exceed expectations
Make sure operational policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the contract.
Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both the company and subcontractors activities and are regularly reviewed.
Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.

17th/18th Edition
Electrical Qualification
Experience Supervising a team of Engineers/Subcontractors
