Area: Hammersmith & Fulham / Kensington & Chelsea / Westminster
Salary: up to £35,000pa
Role: Domestic repairs
My client a leading housing association are currently seeking a experienced electrician to come on board for there social housing reactive maintenance contracts.
This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering domestic properties across Westminster + surrounding. This positions is perm and comes with a van, fuel card, pensions, holiday.
Duties include:
* Installs
* Smokes
* Domestic first time fixes
Requirements:
* 18th edition
* NVQ L3
* Social housing experience
* UK Driving license
