We are working with an education provider in the Birmingham area who are looking for an Engineering Lecturer to join their engineering training team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a position at a longstanding and reputable training and education provider, who have lots of clients in the manufacturing industry. It is a full-time role, with general hours from 8am to 4:30pm, and there is the potential to leave early on Fridays as well, as the centre closes at 1pm.
The job role would consist of you delivering classroom-based training to Mechanical and Electrical Engineering learners (up to level 4) at the provider's dedicated engineering training centre in Birmingham. Topics would include things like Mechanical Principles, Electrical Principles, and Engineering Maths.
The training provider are offering a starting salary of up to a maximum of £36,000 per annum for this position, which would also include a contributory pension, a health plan (including dental and optical contributions), and 34 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays).
To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 4 Engineering qualification (HNC or above)
-A teaching qualification (or desire to achieve one)
