This award-winning Hotel and Restaurant is set near the beautiful North Norfolk coast. They pride themselves on using the best possible local, seasonal, fresh produce allowing the kitchen to create a modern British menu at a good 2 AA Rosette level.
What's involved?
Ideally looking for someone with previous experience in leading a large team Chefs. As this site has multi operational aspects, so you must be very organised and be able to delegate. This role will involve menu planning, training and developing the existing team and working alongside the Head Chef in offering the best possible experience for all guests.
