Facilities Manager
Reading
£50,000 – £60,000
Your new company
* An established and developing Facilities Management and Technical Services provider.
Your new role
* Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, across a prestigious commercial office based in Reading.
* Stakeholder management (the client, landlord and building tenants), dealing with queries, providing support, and escalating anything as and when required.
* You will be overseeing the soft service contractors on-site, communicating with stakeholders at all levels across the site and overseeing post-room and workplace teams.
* Propose and leading weekly client meetings, supporting with any facilities queries raised and escalations brought to you by the workplace and post-room teams or contractors and overall, ensuring the floors are running smoothly.
What you'll need to succeed
* The ideal candidate will have experience working within a facilities / soft services / operations manager role.
* Experience working in FM / building services is highly beneficial.
