Job Description
Job Title: Family Solicitor/Legal Executive
Ark Search are currently working with a well respected, regional private practice in North Wales who are looking for a Family Fee Earner to join their busy department.
This is an opportunity to work closely with the Family Partner & Head of Department and will give the successful candidate great exposure to some interesting and complex cases.
Duties will include:
Managing own caseload of family matters, both private and publicly funded
Dealing with divorce, ancillary relief, finances, and children matters
Undertaking own advocacy or instructing Counsel where required The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE. Experienced managing a family caseload is essential. Legal Aid experience is advantageous but not essential. Applications will be considered outside of these parameters.
This role can be either on a full time or part time basis. There is also the option of hybrid working.
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE
