Job Description
A well backed banking client are currently offering the opportunity for an experienced Treasury System Analyst to join their finance team. As Treasury System Analyst you’ll sit within the Modelling and Analytics team to oversee the systems BAU processed. You’ll also act as the go to for any system queries for treasury business.
Responsibilities of the Finance System Analyst:
Cooperate with upstream data provider ensuring that source data is on time, fit for purpose and accurate
Liaising with IT functions and vendor to uphold infrastructure and configure Treasury Management System
Regularly carry out system upgrades
Designing changes to the system and carrying out implementations of these designs
Requirements of the Finance System Analyst:
Good understanding of SQL server with the know how to query database
Solid background in changing/managing/supporting Treasury Management Systems in either business support, project delivery or BAU application support
Good knowledge of Treasury Functions i.e. cash management, accounting, settlement, front desk trading etc…
Experience with at least one of the following: VBA, Python, Shell
This is a permanent opportunity with a salary range of £60-65k depending on experience. The company also a very competitive wider package including 30 days annual leave and a discretionary bonus scheme.
