Job Description
Our client is a national developer / contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. Projects are generally high-rise towers / frames comprising private apartments with elements of retail & commercial on the development.
The need now exists for a Finishing Manager to join the team on site in Southwater, West Sussex. The project is a multi-phase development (6 phases in total). You will be required to work on a phase which consists of 58 units.
You will be required to manage the finishing's/internals on 2 blocks. Once completed you will then move onto other blocks.
The project has 5 years left to run, so plenty of work!
In return our client is offering a basic salary between £55k – £65k + package
