Role: French speaking Inside Sales / Internal Sales (Hybrid working)
HYBRID WORKING PATTERN
Salary: Highly competitive package depending on experience
Region: Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Walsall, West Midlands
ARCA is exclusively partnered with an established, marketing leading company that has achieved double digit growth and expanded further globally in recent years that is looking to further expand its team by hiring a French speaking Inside Sales Account Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing business and for the right person it will provide a great opportunity for professional development to transition from internal sales to an external sales role.
The purpose of the role is to deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers. Work as part of a team to promote positive culture of continuous improvement, through role modelling. Build great relationships with customers throughout the region, interfacing with technical teams, external sales and operations ensuring that all customer orders are processed, and queries are resolved.
The role would suit someone already working within Inside Sales or who would like to move into an Inside Sales role.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting our channel partners within region and creating a plan to support ongoing and new projects, manage their day-to-day requirements to increase growth in region.
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to end users and distribution networks within a dedicated region.
* Resolving customer inquiries, updating our inhouse system, creating quotes and processing orders in an efficient and accurate manner and pursuing queries with relevant parties where necessary.
* Developing relationships with key distribution partners and customers.
* Following processes, procedures and identifying improvements to enhance the customer experience or improve operational efficiency.
* Ensuring prompt response times, resolution of customer complaints and achieving set targets.

* Ability to communicate both effectively internally and externally to ensure projects are executed efficiently and profit is maximised for the business.
